Tuesday NightsTUESDAY NIGHTS

The Calming Four Primordial Swing Dance Group hosts Albuquerque's biggest (and longest running) weekly dance every Tuesday night from 7:00 - 10:30 PM at the Heights Community Center (map). This dance features both beginning Jitterbug and Lindy Hop lessons beginning at 7:15. Cost is $4.


Thursdays at UNMTHURSDAYS - FREE DANCING AT UNM!

Jitterbugs Anonymous, UNM's swing club, hosts lessons and dancing every Thursday night in the Johnson Center fitness room on campus. Beginning and Intermediate lessons start at 8:30 PM, dancing starts at 9:30 PM. Entrance into the Johnson Center is free for students, non-students tell front desk that they are attending the swing dance. Dancing at UNM only occurs during the semester.

 

FridaysFRIDAY NIGHTS

There is blues dancing the first Friday of every month at Rhythm Dance Lounge. Go to the High Desert Blues Facebook group for more information.
